Psychotherapy

Individual New Clients

- Integrative Neuropsychotherapy is offered for those who are self-paying. Therapies available→
  - Sessions of 50 minutes offered for £130 per session
  - Sessions of 60 to 75 minutes offered for £150 per session (this is recommended for trauma or dissociation therapy)
  - Longer sessions are offered at pro-rata adjusted fees (based on £150 per hour).
  - Concession or trainee rates: Please contact me to explore this, as I'm committed to making therapy affordable.
- Insurance: Integrative Neuropsychotherapy is offered in sessions of 50 minutes for £130 per session or the rate contracted with the insurance company.
- REDUCED FEE OPTION: For a limited time, I have a few spaces for Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy alone for short-term work up to 6 to 12 sessions. These sessions last 50 minutes at a reduced fee of £110 per session for those self-paying. Learn about EMDR internationally here, in Europe here, in the UK here.

Couple

Couple therapy is offered in sessions of 50 minutes for £195 or sessions of 60 to 75 minutes for £225 for those who are self-paying.

Group

Group therapy is offered at lower rates, depending on the group. Please contact me about joining a group and fees.

Supervision

Supervision for any mental health difficulty for the therapy approaches that I integrate is offered in sessions up to 60 minutes for £110 per session.

Specialist supervision about trauma, dissociation, attachment, and sensitive temperament is offered in sessions up to 60 minutes for £130 per session.

Group supervision is offered at lower rates, depending on the group. Please contact me about joining a group and fees for this.

Supervision for research in counselling or clinical psychology, psychotherapy, neuroscience or psychology is offered. Please contact me if interested.

Consultation
